Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, and to be eligible for a refund, the items must be in the same condition that you received, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase. However, we are not able to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error. Please contact manistrading@somethingdoggy.com for further instruction.
We will notify you on the refund once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact us at manistrading@somethingdoggy.com if more than 15 business days have passed since our approval.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive your parcel, contact us immediately if the item is defective or damages.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), customized products, and personal care goods.
Shipping Costs
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any shipping costs incurred when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
Sale Items
No refunds on clearance items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
